Who we are

The Wealth Within Collective is a business of Teresa Perkins Coaching. We help women turn property or space they already own into a profitable short-, mid-, or long-term rental without buying another property first.

Who we serve

Women who own a home, a spare room, a guest suite or another space and want to learn how to turn it into rental income.
